"i really wanted to enjoy the..."
i really wanted to enjoy the goovis headset, but the screen door effect just stood out way too much for me. it kind of felt like i was looking through a thin mesh, especially in bright scenes or when reading text. maybe it wouldn’t bother everyone, but at this price i expected the image to look a lot cleaner. i ended up disappointed

"Not as sharp as I expected"
The resolution just feels a bit soft to me. Kind of blurry, honestly. Not terrible, but definitely not as crisp as I was hoping for.

"Am I the only one disappointed by the sound?"
Am I the only one who thought the audio was kind of underwhelming? It sounded thin to me, and a bit muffled too. I was expecting it to be clearer and fuller.

"Felt a bit pressured, and the IPD adjustment disappointed me"
The headset itself is okay, but the IPD adjustment just didn’t really work for me. I felt kind of pressured to keep tweaking it and make it work, but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get both eyes clear at the same time. After a while, watching anything started to feel uncomfortable. It might be fine for other people, but with my face, it ended up being frustrating.

"3D just didn’t work for me"
I tried watching movies with the 3D on, and at first I thought maybe it was kind of cool, but actually no, it looked blurry and like things weren’t lined up quite right. After about 20 minutes my eyes started hurting, so I gave up on it. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Gets a little warm, but it’s manageable"
I’ve used my goovis for longer movies, and overall the heat is handled well. It does get warm after a while... but not to the point where it feels uncomfortable. The fan noise stays quiet too, which I appreciate. I’d give it 5 stars if it stayed just a bit cooler

"Remote is kind of a pain"
The remote is clunky to use. It works, but it just feels awkward and kinda annoying, like you have to mess with it way more than you should

"Really clear picture"
I mainly picked this up for watching movies, the picture is way clearer than I expected. I remember thinking, okay, let’s see if this actually looks good, and then I was kind of impressed right away. Even the text is easy to read, which I didn’t really expect. It did take me a little bit of fiddling around to get the fit just right, but once I got it adjusted, everything looked great.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to goovis support. They got back to me the next day, which felt a little slow at first, though maybe I was just being impatient. Either way, they were polite and helped get everything sorted without a bunch of back and forth. Not the fastest support I’ve ever had, but they did fix the problem, so overall I’d say it was a good experience

"Feels sturdier than most headsets I’ve tried"
I’ve been using this headset for a bit now, and so far it feels really solid. It doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel I’ve noticed with some other headsets in this price range. The hinges and buttons feel smooth and sturdy, and the casing is put together well with no weird gaps or creaks. It still looks basically new after some regular use, so I’m happy with the build quality compared to a few competitors I’ve owned before.

I found the app simple to use, and getting it set up wasnt a hassle. Some of the menus could be a bit clearer, but overall its been working well for me.

"I got my GOOVIS mostly for watching..."
I got my GOOVIS mostly for watching movies, and I have to admit the colors are really accurate. I’m usually picky about this stuff, so I blame myself for noticing every little thing, but skin tones actually look natural and the blacks are nice and deep. So far, I’m happy with it

"Works fine, but a bit expensive"
It does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any real issues with it. That said, I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price compared to other options. Overall, I feel okay about the purchase, just not excited enough to say it was a great deal.

I wanted to like it, but after using it for just a short time my neck started hurting. Maybe it’s fine for others, but for me it felt too heavy to keep using.

"Pretty comfy overall"
They fit me well and don’t feel heavy, which I appreciate. I wore them for about two hours and my nose started getting a little tired, but not a huge deal. Anyway.

I’ve been really enjoying how portable my Goovis is. I can just toss it in my bag and take it with me when I’m traveling, or even just carry it around the house without any hassle. It doesn’t feel like some big complicated setup, which I love. The case is a nice bonus too and makes it even easier to pack up. So far, I’m really happy with it, it makes watching shows or movies away from the TV so much more convenient

"Decent screen, just a little adapter hassle"
The screen itself is good and works fine, but with my older phone, oh, and I probably should’ve checked this first, I needed adapters to get it going. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying.

"HDMI connection has been kind of a headache"
The HDMI connection keeps cutting out on me, which gets annoying. I’ll be watching something or trying to use it, and then it just drops for a second like it forgot what it was doing. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but it definitely interrupts things more than I’d like.

"Made my eyes hurt quick"
The picture looked okay but after like 20 minutes my eyes started hurting. I tried messing with it a bit but couldnt really use it for long without getting eye strain.
